Ok, I have a few questions for you

. Did you buy this car new or used? How many miles are on it now? Were the previous repairmen certified to do Plymouth/Dodge or Neons in general? Beacuse if you're being totally honest, and you've kept your receipts from the previous repairs...you may qualify for the so called "lemon law". Do you have documentation that said the previous failure was because of mechanic error? I would work my way up the "chain of command" if I were you. From the dealer you bought it from all the way up to Chrysler. Somewhere along that path, someone will help you...either by changing the trans out completely, replacing the car, or even writing you a check for the car when you turn it in. There are people out there that have gotten that far, so it's not impossible. I'm sure it'll take some "work" on your part, and you'll have to decide whether it's worth it. But seeing that you've already invested some money in repairs...even though it's still under warranty...it may be worth a shot. Good Luck. Hope to hear good news soon
