The wide body effect is created by cutting of the rear wings and adding plastic and putty to extend, more pics in the
progress thread here

Also to answer "Artem1985il" question when I took those photo the brake discs were not installed and a lot of Jap cars don't have black underseal protection, so the chassis etc is the same colour as the car.
