well, seeing as it is a JDM engine... need i say more? i have a friend who is into importing this stuff, and he can get me one with 50k miles for 1500$ including shipping
and most of the parts, like the shift linkage and turbo exhaust manifold and ecu all come with it. and for an extra 250 im getting custom mounts.
