something up with the brake sensor relay area...not sure exactly..ur going to have to start fishing for wires and connections....
ur rear lights are fine, they are on when lights are on and when the alarm turns on....its the relays from the brake pedal to the lights that may be fuked up...if its not a relay its something else...not sure...
electriction will fiqure it out...isnt ur car still under warrenty?
