If you are talking about the Mong Kong Area.. I think I could help.
There is a Universal Model on Waterloo Street near the KCR passing, right beside the Mazda showroom and the box is openable as well.
There is actually a "model shop street" in Mong Kong which is the Kwong Wah Street. The whole street id full of model shops.
Furthermore, there is 2 bigger shop along the Sai Yee Street between Argyle Street and MongKong Road.
