I paid 1050 when I bought my VP SS kit. 1500 is absurd. Could be some rice shop jacking up the price perhaps. I have no idea what a PWR intercooler is, and I'm asuming for 400 bucks its only the core. IF you can find out what core it is, or at least what type it is, and the size, I can take a guess at how good it may be. I wouldnt go smaller than 24x10x3.5 for a 2g, and for a 1g most people go 8 or 10" tall. I believe the 24x12x3.5 kit I run from SBR/Kinetic may only be 900. I would talk to SBR and see if those kits are shipping yet. Thats a BIG core. I have pics I can put up later. Actually I found some on RKO
