Just wanted to correct some information, the JWT is CARB approved, and I would not use the term Generic to define the filter, it is JWT's very own and it does kick butt.

My son has the Stillen and it is very nice, sounds awesome, but I think the JWT is just as good or better.

In other words, if you are not worried about, or are going to remove the cone filter for inspections and smog checks, go with the JWT to save a bit of money. There will be no HP difference, so pick your poison!
Lots of people like the Phillips BV bulbs. I haven't tried them personally, so that's about all the info I can pass on there.
