1. Either unplug the ECU or the fuse for the ECU for five minutes, then replace it and crank the engine without hitting the gas pedal, keep it running for at least 5-7min, then turn it back off. this should reset your onboard computer so the i/h/e setup doesnt affect the rpm your car is running at, and everything should return to normal.
