what you are talking about is called a frankenstein. there are different kinds of these the one you mentioned is a ls/vtec, as for companies that make vtec heads i dont know of any but i dont know half as much as some of the regulars on this forum but unfortunately they will only tell you that your stupid because you asked that question. to learn more just do a search or ask me ill help you all i can.
