Twin chargers can be problematic. Twin turbos are pointless, especially for the application on a Tib. The gain is not that much more compared to a single turbo...so in other words...it's a waste of money to go twin turbo.
A super and turbo setup ends up having problems. As tibby posted, that particular setup was decent, but the turbo ended up going in the end. In theory, if you have positive displacement, then the setup should work fine. The supercharger will charge up to the turbo, and then the turbo kicks in. You wouldn't need to shut off power to the supercharger either. In theory, it sounds good...but you need to tune the fvck out of both F/I systems in order to get it right. A PITA, and it just really isn't worth it.
Best way to go is prolly a nitrous and turbo set-up. To help spool the turbo faster, you would use the nitrous to speed up the spool-up time on a large turbo. This is the best way to go, if you still want your engine in tact after your 1/4 mile run (nevermind your supercharger and turbo for your super/turbo setup or your two turbos for your twin turbo setup).
