Wonder what safeguards aftermarket has. I really don't know. Maybe it's better. Would like to know how?

Actually, all I need to use is a cordless screwdriver with a lag bolt in it. Go up to the lock on the driver's door and ram it in. Eventually, it will bust it and unlock the door. Once it does that, it disarms the vehicle. The most popular alarm from DEI I sell comes with a 2-way remote and battery backup. So, no matter what they do, you get notified. Plus there's that GPS tracking deal the unit has too.
Almost any aftermarket alarm is better than most any OEM alarm especially Chrysler ones. I should know, I deal with them on almost a daily basis. Granted sometimes the OEM alarm is better than none at all but not in this case.
