im sure it will, the pain in your azz may make it more than its worth though. the 400 if i am correct is the same external size as a 350, but im not sure about that, so it should be a bolt in swap. its the 454 that will be a monster to mess with, cuz thats a total overhaul and redesign of the car under the hood. including mounts, brackets, wiring, routing of accesories. and trying to get big block equipment to work with the stock equipment.
