I was leaving the Dr's office today and I noticed my car running a little funny, almost with a shake, I didnt pay too much attention. Then I noticed it some more and then my check engine light was flashing. I pulled over, turned the car off sat there for a moment and then restarted it, the check engine light was still on, so I drove home, and right before I got home it flashed again but I didnt noticed the shaking feeling.

It is pretty cold here today, and probably the first really cold day of the year, not sure at all if that would contribute to this.

I am so clueless when it comes to cars. What should I do about this, what could the possibilities be with the problem?
