Hello, in response to the question...you can lower 3G's about 4-4.5 inches and still maintain good ride quality. I had KYB's all around, Ground Control Coil Overs in the rear, Lightspeed front and rear sway bars, 24mm torsion bars, adjustable panhard rod, OPM or OMP front camber plates. I did one modification by threading more of the front shoch shafts and cutting off the excess threads in order to get more travel out of them. I had 16x7's and had no rubbing problems. But the torsion bars were a little stiff for daily driving. The car handled like it was on rails but even with the camber plates, I wore out 2 sets of tires in a matter of weeks! But I swapped out all of the road race parts and installed air cylinders and 17's...now my car can tuck tire and drag mud flaps when aired out. So, you can go as low as you want, contrary to popular belief!!!
