All I know is, I've got an HF myself, and if you have the factory motor, you got 8 valves buddy, and you don't want to do nothing but kick that motor to the curb, you can't swap the head because the piston's aren't cut out for a 16 valve head. If your short on cash throw in an Si motor. And trust me, you NEED to change the tranny out to at least a DX, if you don't you won't even get outta 2nd gear when you race. And it's still so slow. The person who was going to swap my head for me found all this out then he just threw in his old DX motor for me, and I just got done changing my tranny out last week, omg the difference.
