timing belt

Have any of you guys changed the timing belt yet? I've got almost 107.000 miles on my X so I can't put it off any longer. Especially since I just read on another board that the Xterra has an interference engine and I will end up with bent rods and a messed up engine if the belt breaks. I'm thinking about doing the work myself and changing the water pump, thermostat and all hoses/drive belts while I'm in there. I have read some tips on other boards. Specifically, I read that the belt tensioner should also be changed. Any other tips from you guys would be appreciated. Does the timing have to be re-adjusted, or do you just have to make sure the new belt goes on exactly like the old one came off?

Is Xterraparts.com the cheapest place to get the parts?

thanks,
Scott
