Don't get your panties in a bunch. Yes, the hood is real carbon fiber, it weighs about a third of what the stock one does. Totally funtional. The rims? Ya, they're a Mugen knock-off, but they're still very light 16" wheels for the price they can't be beat. Plus I like the way they look. Pretty much 99% of my mods on my car are fully functional.. I rarley do something just for a look.
I personally think that my car is a pretty complete package. Actually, to me it is the complete package. It has a pretty decent sounding stereo, really nice paint job, to me it looks perfect (could be a little lower, but I live with tha hicks), its handles very well, it accelerates quickly. The only thing I'm really missing is a comfortable ride, but I give that all up for the lowrider.

not me....obviously, because i have the sohc. YOU. all that matters to you is speed. the complete package defined by who? if a person doesn't have a b16 and anything other than a jdm part they are looked down upon by the all mighty SiZ. don't you dare say otherwise. if someone says they are doing a sohc vtec or zc you call it a waste and try to talk them out of it. i hate to burst your bubble but the b series isn't right for everybody. if somebody post pics of anything sound or body style you're quick to make jokes and remarks....unless it's jdm.

Ami. First off, breathe. You need to calm your little self a bit. I didn't mean that because you have a SOHC that you don't have right to opinion on what makes a car better than another. What you were implying and saying to me in your posts that I have no right to judge any car that is faster than mine, and that is a farce. You and I both know it. There are rusty 1986 Cavaliers out there that would smoke my car, but they're still nasty shit boxes either way you look at it.

I don't diss on anybodys car just because it isn't "jdm" . There's nothing even JDM about my car. I just prefer cars with a cleaner look. I prefer to support those who don't have the need to do drastic things to thier cars for a desperate cry for attention. I appriciate all cleanly modded cars on this site.. I think its GTA that I remember giving props on his car and all he has that you can see is a drop I think. I just love the shape of these cars, it looks srewed up to me if its altered, but so nice to me if its lowered. If I think something is nasty, I'll fuckin' say it. There's no stopping me, and there's no reason that I should be stopped, just as no one will stop you from saying what you think and feel. I'm entitled to an opion, and if you don't want to hear it you have two options:
1) Don't ask for one in the first place.
2) USE YOUR HEAD and just ignore it!

As far as I can remember, I'll never just go diss on someone with a ZC swap, or SOHC VTEC. I've had the ZC, I try and help people with their ZC questions when they ask. I don't hate like that.
The only time I can remember getting into a conversation silmilar to that is when some kids like "Ya, mah ZC is guna be a B serieZ killaH! when I git it in", then I engage in a little conversation. I'm just head checking people, if its real and its in I know when to pipe down, but any conversation I've ever got into on this board about crap like that is nothing EVER but talk.
I'm not just going to "take someones word for it" or anything like that, I know what its like to be a dreamer, I've been there.

what's the difference between me and you: i can appreciate any civic that has had hard work put into it, beyond turning a wrench. i love canned4thgen's civic. i have watched him carry out his vision. i love 90civicrider's car. would i paint my car orange and airbrush cartoons on the side like he did? hell no! but i give him mad props because that is EXACTLY what he said he was going to do....down to the orange and white interior. i love dropshop's car because it's jdm delight plus a 10psi zc putting 257whp down. when someone asks what engine they should swap i don't auto answer d16y8 like you do b16. i ask some questions to see what is better suited for them.

See I'm not as lucky as you, I just can't like everything, so I say what I feel about it. Why does that get everyone so worked up? You think people don't say negative shit sometimes about my car and the stuff I do? Of course they do, life is full of haters and its not even that they are haters, just people with different opinions than you own. When people say stuff about my car it really doesn't matter, I know that every time I walk to my car I fuckin' love it, and there's nothing some stanger on the internet can say to take that away.
