The easiest way is to run new wire...its a little time consuming (not much more than the other way) and i think you get better sound out of a better quality wire if you do it this way..but however you can cut both ends of the harnesses that go in and out of the factory amp look at the harness from the back of the radio itself...find the colors of each speaker...and just connect them all up like that..leaving power and ground and anything else alone
