Need Help on my 2003 Dodge Neon SOHC SE 2.0L
I'm 16 years old, and I had been planning on a Dodge Neon since I was like 12. But I didn't know untill this year that I wanted to turn it into a street car. It will take me a couple years since I just got a job, but I'm still going to turn it into a street car. I was wondering if anyone could help me with buying performance parts for my car to make it best on the street. Just some helpful hints to make it fast as quick as possible, and as affordable as possible. But I would really appreciate it if you could give me some pointers.
