Try using the manual eject button. There is a hole in the front panel of most CD drives and by inserting a hard pin you can manually eject the drawer or in this case the magazine. If this won't work, you need ot remove the Cd drive unit and remove the top cover to see what is jammed. It is possible that one of the disk sleves is out of whac, happened to mine when I first got it too. I leave it full of CDs all the time now and it has been fine for two + years.
