i got a 98'b18c1 in a 92'civ hb w/ i-h-e jg intake manifold act 8.8lbs.flywheel and act stage3 6puk clutch and a hondata es200
and dyno'd at 188whp and 138tq. i cant remember what it was stock
but my friend just got a 98' b18c1 in a 94 civ hb(got it back yesterday)
and the engine is bone stock and dyno'd at 155whp and 118tq.
