The main bushings will be lower control arm bushings 99.9% chance those bolts will be frozen inside the bushings. Those bolts must be removed in order to replace shocks/springs. It would be a wise idea to replace and/or upgrade the suspension bushings due to the mileage. Performance poly(ES or Prothane) will be much cheaper than Honda bushings - labor for a bushing kit is about 10.0hrs. The poly WILL be noisy if not lubed well & become rock HARD in cold climates resulting in a harsh ride.

The upper strut mount bushings should be replace ANY time the suspension is apart.

I have the Eibach Pro-kit & KYB AGX's on my car, I am very happy it. The H&R's w/ AGX's would also be a nice set-up.
