the t-25 is a nice turbo if you dont plan on running more than about12-14psi but the 14b have been able to produce up to about 20psi, they both are very good turbos for turboing the n/t eclipse... i would suggest goin with the 14b cause if you decide to upgrade more later on in life, like the internals, then you have a good turbo to produce the higher psi... but i kinda depends on the price difference and how much you are willing to spend for good boost... good luck and i hope that helps!!
(some of the numbers might be wrong but what i was trying to get at is the 14b is a better turbo and a lot of people replace the t-25 with the 14b)
