I think 88-89 HF had dual point and 90-91 HF had multipoint. Not sure about difference between Si and HF, but for sure Si has bigger/better ports and plenum design, and HF but not Si has EGR. Hp for 88-89: 62hp, 90-91: 70hp, 88-91 DX: 92hp.
