I am speaking off the cuff.
There should be 2 wires coming from the seat belt. Normally they form a short when the seat belt is engaged.
I would short the two wires together. I do not know for a fact. Normally I would get a multimeter in there and do some checks, but speaking from other cars that I seen, that is how they work.
