Alright, so don't jump the gun, or I lose the very little bit of money that I have. So, what should I do now? I don't want to push my dad for getting the truck, because I am lucky he is allowing me to have the engine really. Is there anything else to tend to while waiting to get a little older, and get my dad talked into that truck? Should I start saving for a boil-down of the engine, to get all that crap off? Or, should I start hunting for a transmission? If so on the transmission, should I go to a junkyard first, or is it better to bite the bullet and buy new?(that would kill the project most likely
