I have stated in other posts, but in case you didn't see, I am an automotive consultant dealing with legal issues daily (mostly Lemon Law). Most lemon law and breach of warranty cases are due to the dealers lack of ability to repair the vehicles. Obviously if the vehicle was repaired correctly prior to four visits to the dealer then there would be no case. This is not to degrade the qualified dealer techs because there are some who could make "lemon-aide" from a "lemon" unfortunately I never get to see there work in my line of work.
