On mines, you just remove the plastic cover from the inside....then the 3 screws......disconnect the harness......and your'e done. Installation is the reverse.

Btw, its a manual mirror, not powered. I believe there's a screw from the inside panel. I've been quoted about $400 to fix this, and I'm almost certain I can do this myself. Any ideas?
Also, my gauge lights all of sudden have dimmed up drastically. There is still a slight red display, but not enough to see my gauge clearly at night. Fuse problem?
