hmmm... most car audio applications use 4 ohm, if you use less than 4 ohm than you may be risking damaging the amplifier or the radio. I've got a 96 grand am and my back speakers are 4 ohm, or I think the stock ones that were in there were even 8 ohm. Point being I'm not sure about your model of radio, very few radios can take a 2 ohm load, if you have a digital multimeter you can actually measure the resistance of your speakers, it's the only sure way to tell. Just make sure to check before going ahead with any installations. I'll look into it some more and tell you if i find anything.
