This might be possible, but it will take time.
Buy a FUCKLOAD of firecrackers on strings, and run them all along the windows and doors of their hours, right around the whole house. You'd need a pretty long fuse, but it should scare the shit out of them at 3am, and be kinda purdy to watch too
