really depends on What car, Where I am, Who Im with, etc etc......
my beetle 2 hands(unless im shifting/playing with radio/so on) cause it takes 2 hands to keep it on the road with its Super Beetle Shimmy!
my 200SX i generally drive one handed on the street, the other hand lightly resting on the shifter(or fiddling with the cd player, answering the cell phone, pushing the dog off my lap....
)
at an autox its always 2 fisted shuffle steering- unless im shifting
