Unhappy 88 Won't Start

My 88 4.0 automatic with Renix Multi point Injection won't start. I was having idling problems and cleaned the Idle Air Control valve. I drove it once and it seemed to work fine. Then I changed the plugs ... should have left well enough alone. Since changing the plugs I get no current to the coil, no spark, no nuthin'. I've read here that the fix is usually to replace the Crankshft Position Sensor. I checked the CKP with an ohm meter and get the same reading as with a new CKP. Do I still need to replace the old one? Is there something else I'm missing? Any help will be appreciated. I want my jeep back.

10/26 I replaced the CKP/CPS. It turns over as before but still has no current to the Coil and I don't think I have fuel either. Can someone tell me how I can check to see if the ignition Control Module is receiving current? The only thing I notice is one of the 4 relays clacks more than once when I turn on the ignition This is getting really frustrating.

10/28 Tried a used ignition control module from Jeep dealer (he said it was off an old Renault). This did not solve anything.

10/29 Still can't determine why no fuel or spark. When I turn on the ignition the 2nd relay just keeps clacking away. I've switched relays and whatever I put in the 2nd position just clacks. Power is going to the starter but not to the coil. I've replaced the secondary +batery cable as it was pretty well shot but still nothing good happens. Sure could use some help.
