although the 95 240 is an s14 model by definition, i dont think the jdm s14 dash or steering rack will go straight in because the dash would be reversed due to the right hand drive issue. maybe i'm wrong, but i don't think so. a skyline dash definitley would not fit, neither would the steering rack.
why would you wanna do the conversion and swap anyways? for the money it would cost, you could just but an r32 gt-r...
