I don't believe the car in the foreground of this photo truly has a body-colored rear wing. I think the bare carbon is just catching the reflection from the overhead lighting.
If the car in Autocar is that color, then it could be either of these cars. One is obviously the 'R66 MCL' car - possibly the one with it's back to us since we can't see the lights. I will say that I don't know if the funky lights on that car were originally fitted, or refit items.
No idea on the chassis number or owner of either car. That's your region of the world TcarR. Remember, I only handle North America.
