Yeah talon007 is right, there is no way that the 420a motor would handle that much HP... I recently put a turbo on my Eclipse RS expecting to blow the engine just to see how much it could actually hold up to, well i dynoed it right before i blew it and i was getting about 225WHP at 10psi of boost. i set the boost up to 15psi for shits and giggles and raced a buddy of mine that has a Mazda Miata that runs 14.9 at the track... come to say i beat him by a quarter panel in the 1/4 mile and blew the motor when i shifted into 5th to keep goin... so i would say the engine prolly cant hold more than about 245 to 260 HP. And now that i have rebuilt the engine and put new pistons, rods, bearings, longer headbolts, valves, spings, and cams in i can run 15 psi daily and the most i have ever boosted in a race was 21psi cause i am kinda afraid to go higher... but it is possible to put a turbo on a GS or RS but it would cost pretty much the same if not less to buy a GST or GSX. Its a lot of time and money spent to make it work out right without something goin wrong and I would have loved to have a 4g63 motor and wished that my car would have been a turbo... so my advice to you is sell your GS and buy a GST or GSX cause its a pain in the ass to convert it... let alone a lot of money, i spent about $4100 to make mine the way it is now and the only reason i did it is cause the car was left to me by my dad when he died, it was his car, otherwise i would have sold it and bought a turbo.
