Good fasteners, good tunning, good head gasket I don't see why not, but again I am not as knowledgeable about the h series as I am about the B series. You have Darton sleeves so the cylinder walls are not a consern, you have froged pistons so that is not a consern, you have eagle rods so rods are not a problem. The block is a closed deck right so cylinder walk is not an issue so I really don't see why not with the proper tunning and etc
