You don't quite grasp the concept.
Schools won't be built, any money the government gets goes on self-indulgent spending.
Visit the continent before passing your judgement, it doesn't take a genius to figure out what's going on once you have visited there.
Wait, let me draw you a picture.
In South Africa, schools in lower income areas are vandalised and destroyed. The buildings are literally stolen, the pipes get stolen for scrap materials value, the roofing materials get stolen for use elsewhere, what isn't stolen gets burnt whenever the students are unhappy with the school system.
This isn't exaggeration, it is reality, the reality YOU don't see living in Brighton enjoying your first world life.

You seem to forget I lived on the African continent for 19 years, I have seen with my own eyes what it is like and what happens there.
Have you seen what it is like, other than the propoganda they show you on the 10 o'clock news on Sky?
