TDR is a great resource for any Cummins owner - it's worth every penny. I would try a chip (Edge Products, BD, Gale Banks, etc. many options out there), with an exhaust system, and an aFe Mega-Cannon intake (or something similar). A word of warning - if you have an automatic transmission, it will not hold up to any power add-ons. Build your tranny first. ATS, DTT, or Suncoast are all very capable of "fixing" the weak link.
