Well if it burns oil then that means oil could be leaking, getting past the rings or getting past the valve seals. Have a cylinder leakage test done and they should tell you.
Regarding the clutch sound is it a grinding or whining? It could be that the clutch cable is out of adjustment.
Lastly, I think that the blue smoke means that it is running rich, too much fuel. Have you done anything to the fuel system, bigger pump or fuel pressure regulator?
