first of all check your fluid level, that will effect shifting too. I remember seeing a bulletin on transmissions, I'll check and get back later. I know they definitely have issues with the auto. meanwhile also check engine mounts if broken, they could cause the jerk you feel also..... they probably know what the problem is if there is a bulletin, but if they are lazy, then there is nothing wrong.........
