id go turbo, youll get more power and then you have the choice of driving normal saving gas or revhappy boosting sucking down gas.

and if you got a B16, I wouldnt wanna mess up the near perfect r/s ratio you got, why not just build it to handle a crazy redline? or just put a B20 under your head. strengthening a B20 might be alot cheaper as well instead of a stroker kit for a B16.
