yeah, but b4 you try to change the pickup filter, you may be able to save yourself some time by checking under the valve covers. This will take some time (not 6-8 hours though...) , and some patience, but when you get the valve covers removed, you can see what shape the internals are in, like if they are covered in slug or still silver. If you see alot of build up on the rocker arms and the valves, (or you don't change you oil enough or consistently, or if you bought it from some one else who might not have) then you should close it up, and head to your local advance auto (or whatever) and get some mystery marvel oil or something of the sort to clean out your block a little, and that maybe break up what crud is blocking your oil passageways. (The mystery marvel oil stuff goes in with the oil, but the directions will explain more.)
