Nope, clearance shouldn't be a problem. I have a lower rear tie bar with a similar design, and it even clears my 22mm Integra Type-R rear swaybar.

Just be forewarned that DC producs are more-less for looks and NOT performance. They can and will flex under pressure, I've seen this first hand with my own eyes with their strut braces at least. The tie bars although much shorter, but still same design, I'd don't see why they wouldn't react the same way.
