go log your happy ass into paypal. you will see a tool bar with the tabs (my account, send money, request money, merchant tools, & auction tools). make sure you are on "my account" and that will give you another lighter blue tool bar of tabs (overview, add funds, withdraw, history, profile). click "withdraw" and....
ta daaaa....
