I missed your pulley question. It is kinda like a harmonic balancer, but not near as much room for error! I have read posts on others who have smoked the charger. the key is using a proper tool. and being carefull around the threads. Not saying you cant do it, just be careful! take your time and do it when your fresh with no aggresion in your system!! You know the kind when you been fighting those stupid azz "quick" hose clamps on the radiator. Who ever came up with those needs slaped! Even the the gm techs throw them away and put the good ole clamps on. I learned the hard way. You should flush the anti freeze right away if you have not already. Replace stat with a 180. and make sure you get seal and gasket! seal goes on stat, gasket goes between manifold and housing. The flush will save your engine! Take care of your trans too! these trans are week to start with. You should change fluid and filter once a year. Trust me they cost ass much to replace as the engine. Love your car and treat it well and it will give you years of good service! If you learn to listen she will tell you when somthing is wrong.
