Any of the sizes you mentioned should work just fine. As for tires, I've tried a lot of tires in the last 10 years, including BFG All-terrains/mud terrains/Rugged Trails, Hawgs, Thornbirds, Yokohama Mud Diggers, Super Swampers...etc....

Of these, I like the BFG All-Terrains the best for all around performance. For rock crawling, the Thornbirds worked the best for me, especially aired down. The bias plyed really digs but are unstable at highway speeds. My only concern as always been wet and snow performance and for this reason, I'm about to try some Bridgeston Duelers.
