Um.... well ya can buy a "Hanyes manual" for about 25$ at almost all auto stores. you should be able to find where the relay is located if no one can help. if you can get the van started, you could try disconecting the battery for 10 seconds then reconnect it to reset the computer. Then start the van and let it run for a while. Then step down somewhat hard to set the high idle. It might help?
