If you got caught in the pic, clearly, I doubt it will be any points to your license. At least that is how it is here in the states. The most that should happen is that you will get a pic in the mail along with a fine that the owner of the vehicle has to pay.
If they have a sense of humor over there, you could send them a pic of the check!
