I have noticed for a while that when I have the lights on they dim and brighten all the time...like there is a power surge. It is not just the head lights but all the dash lights too. It gets pretty annoying. My sister (previous owner, since new) said she thought it had done that since she bought it. I don't know what I need to fix...but something has to be done, I was driving home and the lights kept going bright and dim and bright and I had hot air blowing in my eyes and dried them all out...by the time I got home, it was like I was on some psychedelic drugs. Thanks
