In the manual, they are listed as the same. The Manual (p 6-58) has PWR LOCK with usage described as Body Module Control (BCM) and the fuse is labeled PWR LOCK.
Looking at the fuse box (located to the right of the glove box; obstructed by the passenger door) the fuse I removed was the 1st column, 2nd fuse from the bottom.
BTW, you can get a digital user manual (pdf file) from the Pontiac web site, though you have to register w/ them.
